Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items or original packaging in a shipping box, ensuring all perishable goods are handled according to our safety guidelines.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply store credit within 5-7 business days.
